Now, more than ever, the health of the members of the congregation is challenged. The pressures of COVID-19, job stress, obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes continue to diminish quality (and length) of life, and incur tremendous costs - both financial and family burdens.

I work with the Pastor and their team to implement effective programs to join faith, congregation, knowledge and motivation to turn intent into results.

The 28 day program is based on the concept that 4 weeks is required to internalize new habits.
